Kaizen Workshops
Kaizen is a Japanese word meaning 'change for the better or 'continuous improvement'. It values practical reflection, open feedback, and the belief that every process and culture is ever changing.
At Towards Change, we have integrated Kaizen philosophy with community feedback to foster a more diverse, equitable and inclusive advertising industry. Rather than treating EDI as a checklist, we use Kaizen to drive self-reflection and the search for the 'right' answer to EDI issues.
